Just List-It Realty is revolutionizing the real estate industry by offering homeowners a variety of “fixed fee” service options when selling their home. We provide sellers with an alternative to the traditional brokerage fee (6% commission) for listing and selling their home, giving them more option, more control and saving them thousands in the process.
We offer a variety of flat fee services ranging from our basic “Just MLS” plan to our “Full-Service” plan. We also offer many other tools & services individually; such as “Just paperwork”, CMA’s (Comparative Market Analysis), virtual tours, signs, and lock boxes. Many of which are included in our various packages.
Just List-It Realty is technology driven allowing us to streamline our business, thus significantly reducing the costs associated with a traditional real estate transaction. This allows us to reduce our costs and pass this savings along to our customers.
Although our focus is on the home seller, we do work with buyers as well. Offering our buyers assistance with: obtaining financing/getting pre-qualified, locating & viewing properties, negotiating contract/inspections, and guidance/support up to closing. These services are provided absolutely free to buyers, since any commission will be paid by the seller.
